Hotel Trakia Garden, Sunny Beach

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning and a fridge. The only downside was the strange noises from inside the hotel at times. I enjoyed a nice pool view as well.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were basic but clean and spacious, and the owners were polite. However, the restaurant staff had some issues with certain members being less than courteous. Pavel seemed more interested in socializing with young Bulgarian girls than attending to customers while Mincho favored regulars. George stood out as the most polite staff member in the restaurant. The rooms were a good size, overlooking the pool, which was a nice touch. They had everything our family of four needed, but cleanliness could have been better, especially when we pushed the twin beds together.

The hotel is located in a calm and quiet environment, somewhat close to the beach, just a 10-minute stroll away. The rooms, although quite dated, are changed every day and looked much nicer when we passed by. The service was a mixed bag with some standout individuals but overall adequate. The location, while away from the party scene, offers easy access to main attractions and transport options. The dining experience was satisfactory with a nice range of food options. The facilities provided were decent but showed signs of aging.
